Our Enrollment Process

At Minaret School of Colorado, we prioritize providing a holistic education that blends academic rigor with Islamic values. Our enrollment process is designed to ensure inclusivity, affordability, and accessibility for all families.

As a non-profit organization, our fees and tuition reflect the operational costs necessary to maintain a nurturing and enriching environment for your children. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make our school accessible for all families. Together, we can provide a bright future for our children!

Entrance Process

We conduct entrance exams to ensure each student is placed in the right academic environment, supporting personalized learning. Once your application is submitted, and the registration fee is paid, we will contract you to start planning for the next steps.

Please note that submitting the application and the registration fee does not guarantee a spot. This is a first come first serve registration process. We will do our best to accommodate every family. You will receive an email from our team to confirm your child’s enrollment an acceptance.

Fees:

• Registration Fee: A $150 registration fee will be required at the time of registration.

• Books & Materials: $250. Due on August 15th

• Assessment Fee: $80. Due on August 15th

• Technology fee: $80. Due on August 15th

Tuition Payment Plan

Tuition Payment plan is provided to help families budget accordingly. The annual tuition can be paid at 10 monthly installments.

The monthly installment payment is equal to the annual Tuition divided by 10. For example, if you choose to enroll your child in kindergarten for an annual tuition of $10,970, the monthly payment will be $1,097.

• First monthly payment is due August 15th

• The next monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month starting from Sept 1st until May 1st.

• Last payment is due May 1st.

A 10% discount is available for those who are willing to pay the full annual tuition by August 15th.

Tuition:

To accommodate each family financial situations, we are providing several options to enroll your child. Please see the annual tuition cost below.

Enrollment ages:

• Pre-School Must be 3 years of age or older by October 1st, 2025. And must be able to use the bathroom and potty-trained.

• Pre-K Must be 4 years of age or older by October 1st, 2025.

• Kindergarten must be 5 years of age or older by October 1st, 2025.

Documents Required

• Birth certificate or I-94 (if applicable)

• Updated immunization records

• Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
