Our Enrollment Process

At Minaret School of Colorado, we prioritize providing a holistic education that blends academic rigor with Islamic values. Our enrollment process is designed to ensure inclusivity, affordability, and accessibility for all families.

Entrance Process

We conduct entrance exams to ensure each student is placed in the right academic environment, supporting personalized learning.

Tuition

• Tuition is expected to be between $540 to $950 per month depending on the option that the parent will choose for their child.

• Actual tuition will also depend on the amount of fund raising received to kick off the school.

• Detailed tuition breakdown sheet will be uploaded to our website by February 28th, 2025.

• Flexible tuition plans, including annual and monthly payment options, cater to various financial situations will be available.

Fees:

Enrollment Fee: A $150 registration fee will be required at the time of registration to secure your child place in the school.

As a non-profit organization, our fees and tuition reflect the operational costs necessary to maintain a nurturing and enriching environment for your children. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make our school accessible for all families. Together, we can provide a bright future for our children!

Enrollment ages:

• Pre-School Must be 3 years of age or older by August 1st, 2025. And must be able to use the bathroom and potty-trained.

• Pre-K Must be 4 years of age or older by August 1st, 2025.

• Kindergarten must be 5 years of age or older by August 1st, 2025.

Admission Process
You will receive an email with a link to streamline the enrollment process through your parent portal, allowing families to update contact information and agree to school terms online.

• Birth certificate or I-94 (if applicable)

• Updated immunization records

• Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
